急性胃炎患者的临床中西医结合治疗方案

Treating acute gastritis in the integrative medicine

目的:分析临床中西医结合治疗急性胃炎患者的效果。方法:选择2013年9月-2014年10月我院收治的42例急性胃炎患者,将其随机分组。西药组患者予以常规止胃痛药物,中西药组患者在此基础上辅以中药胃炎散。连续治疗1个月,对比分析两组患者疗效、症状积分。结果:中西药组患者疗效明显高于西药组(P<0.05)。两组副作用发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中西药组症状缓解时间明显短于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性胃炎可显著提高疗效,值得推广。

Objective： To analyze efficacy of the integrative medicine on acute gastritis. Methods： From September 2013 to October 2014, 42 patients were divided into two groups. The western medicine group was given conventional antalgesic; and the integrative medicine group was given Weiyan San more, 1 month as a course. Efficiency, and scores of symptom in two groups were compared.Results： Efficiency in the integrative medicine group was higher （P〈0.05）; The difference of incidence of side effects between two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Symptom relief time in the integrative medicine group was shorter （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine on acute gastritis shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
