从痰瘀论治缺血性中风40例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 40 cases of ischemic stroke by theory of Tan and Yu

目的:观察从痰瘀论治缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法:将80例缺血性中风患者随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上以解语丹为基本方加减治疗,疗程均为15d,对两组治疗前后临床症状变化进行分析比较。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西医治疗的基础上加用中药从痰瘀论治缺血性中风具有明显的增效作用,能明显改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective： To observe effects of theory of Tan and Yu on ischemic stroke. Methods： 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional western medicine. The treatment group was treated with the Jieyu Dan more. The courses in groups lasted for 15 days. The changes of clinical symptoms in groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The theory of Tan and Yu plus western medicine can improve effects, clinical symptoms and the quality of life.
