摘要
目的:探讨柴胡桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加味治疗顽固性失眠的临床效果。方法:选择2013年1月-2015年12月我院收治的128例顽固性失眠患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予地西泮常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予柴胡桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加味进行治疗。两个疗程后观察两组的总有效率、患者入睡时间和睡眠持续时间。结果:观察组总有效率为89.06%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05),观察组减少入睡时间和提高睡眠持续时间的效果也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加味可通过抑制神经中枢,提高睡眠率有效提高治疗顽固性失眠的效果,值得应用。
Objective: To investigate effects of the Chaihu Guizhi decoction with the Longgu Muli decoction on intractable insomnia. Methods: 128 cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group was given diazepam; the observation group was treated with the Chaihu Guizhi decoction with the Longgu Muli decoction more. In two courses, the total efficiency, the time to sleep and duration of s!eep in groups were observed. Results: The total efficiency was 89.06% in the observation group, and significantly higher than 75.00% in the control group (P〈0.05). The effect of sleep time in the observation group was significantly higher (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The Chaihu Guizhi decoction with the Longgu Muli decoction can inhibit nerve center, improve the sleep rate and was effective on intractable insomnia, is worthy of application.
