显微手术联合中医中药治疗耳廓假性囊肿20例临床报导

Treating 20 cases of auricular pseudocyst by microsurgery plus TCM

目的:观察显微手术联合中医中药治疗耳廓假性囊肿疗效。方法:20例患者均于显微镜下行耳廓囊肿前壁切除术,术后配合中药二陈汤加丹参10g,王不留行10g,血竭9g,赤石脂10g,黄连10g,紫花地丁10g,炙甘草6g,水煎内服治疗。对20例患者随访1年以上,观察其愈合情况、复发率、后遗症等。结果:20例全部一期愈合,随访1年以上,无1例复发,患侧耳廓局部未见隆起,皮瓣贴伏愈合良好,未见明显畸形,皮色正常。治愈率达100%。结论:此法效果显著,故值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of surgical resection of auricular pseudocyst plus TCM on the disease. Methods： 20 patients underwent anterior cystectomy. After operation, patients were treated with the Erchen decoction and radix salviae miltiorrhizae. 20 cases were followed up for more than 1 year. Results： All 20 cases were healed in one period. No recurrence was found. There was no uplift in the ipsilateral auricle. The skin flap healed well. No obvious abnormalities were found. The cure rate was 100%. Conclusion： The method is effective, and worthy of appication.
