Research on scientific integrity in Xinjiang traditional medicine hospital

通过对新疆地区两所传统医学三甲医院和一所二级甲等医院的科研诚信问题的调查和评价,笔者发现在实际工作中,各单位临床和科研人员对具体的学术不端行为的内容有着不同的看法,也有人把科研工作中的缺失当成科研工作中的瑕疵,且有部分科研人员对科研经费和合同的履约等问题存在认识偏差。针对上述问题,笔者提出了加强科研诚信教育,提高科研人的职业道德水平;构建科研诚信档案,完善学术监察体系;建立完善学术文献查重系统;从立法层面加强对学术不端行为的打击等措施,以促进我地区科研诚信工作建设。

Integrity issues were analyzed and investigated from 2 grade A hospitals and 1 the secondary level hospitals. In practice, differenct clinical units and research staffs had different views; and defects in scientific research work may be regarded as faults in scientific research work; scientific research funding and performance of the contract and other issues showed some cognition windage in some researchers. To solve these problems, strengthening research integrity education, scientific research, improving professional and ethical standards, building scientific integrity of files, improving academic monitoring system, well-establishing academic literature re-check system, strengthening the fight against academic misconduct and several other aspects of the measures from the legislative level were proposed, to promote research integrity.
