刍议中西医结合治疗痔疮术后的临床护理措施

Discussion on nursing measures after hemorrhoidectomy in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗痔疮术后的临床护理措施及临床效果。方法:将2014年12月-2015年7月在我院完成痔疮术治疗的120例住院患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和常规组,每组60例;常规组进行一般专科护理,研究组采取中西结合护理,对比两组的临床疗效。结果:通过治疗及护理,研究组总有效率达到96.7%,明显高于常规组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在中西结合痔疮术后,同样采取中西结合护理,可有效提高手术效果,改善患者预后,且可提升临床护理满意度,具有重要的临床推广和实践意义。

Objective： To explore nursing measures and effect of the integrative medicine on hemorrhoids. Methods： 120 cases were divided into the study group and routine group, 60 cases in each group. The routine group was given general nursing; the study group was given the integrative nursing. The efficacy in groups was compared. Results： The total efficiency in study group was 96.7%, higher than 83.3% in the routine group, with a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative nursing after hemorrhoidectomy can effectively improve the operation effect, prognosis and the nursing satisfaction, is worthy of oromotion and oractice.
