围绝经期综合征有关潮热汗出的中医治疗进展

A review on treating Chaore Hanchu of perimenopausal syndrome

潮热汗出是围绝经期妇女常见的临床症状。本文收集大量的中医药治疗围绝经期潮热汗出的文献,从中总结出中医药在改善患者临床症状、治疗原发性疾病、提高患者生活质量方面有很大的优势和疗效。本文从潮热的病因病机、中医内治法、中医外治疗法等方面总结和展望了围绝经期潮热汗出的治疗现状。

The common clinical symptoms in women during menopausal transition are hectic fever and sweating. Through collecting a large number of the literatures on the hectic fever and sweating, efficacy of TCM was found on clinical symptoms, primary diseases and quality of life. This article summarizes the treatment status of hectic fever and sweating during menopausal transition from the etiology and pathogenesis in TCM, methods of internal medicine, external therapy of TCM and so on.
