通络涤痰饮联合脑循环功能治疗仪治疗中风后偏瘫的临床随机对照研究

A clinical randomized controlled study on treating hemiplegia following stroke with Tongluo Ditan Yin plus CVFT

目的:探讨通络涤痰饮联合脑循环功能治疗仪治疗中风后偏瘫的疗效。方法:选择我院近年来收治的中风后偏瘫病例为研究对象,按照随机自愿的原则分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予临床常规治疗,并给予脑循环功能治疗仪康复治疗,观察组在此基础上给予自拟通络涤痰饮,以2周为一个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后,观察比较患者治疗前后症状、体征变化,并对患者神经功能、肢体运动功能、日常生活能力以及相关实验室检测指标进行评估。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为93.1%,显著高于对照组的72.4%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后FMA评分和ADL评分均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组FMA评分和ADL评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后LP和IL-6血清含量均显著降低(P<0.05),而BGP含量均显著升高(P<0.05);组间比较,观察组治疗后LP和IL-6血清含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而BGP含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通络涤痰饮联合脑循环功能治疗仪能够有效提高患者肢体运动功能和日常生活能力,改善脑部病理生理状态,疗效确切。

Objective： To explore efficacy of Tongluo Ditan Yin plus CVFT on hemiplegia following stroke. Methods： Patients were divided into the observed group and control group. Both groups took conventional treatment and CVFT. The observed group received Tongluo Ditan Yin more, 2 weeks as 1 course, for 2 courses. Results： The total efficiency was 93.1% in the observed group, better than 72.4% in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, NIHSS scores in both groups were decreased （P〈0.05）, and those in the observed group were more decreased （P〈0.05）. FMA and ADL scores in the both groups were improved; and those in the observed group were more improved （P〈0.05）. Content of LP and IL-6 were more decreased, and BGP was more improved in the observed group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tongluo Ditan Yin plus CVFT was effective on hemiplegia following stroke, by effectively improving extremity motor ftmction, daily living ability and the brain pathophysiology.
