明代万全提出预养、胎养、蓐养、鞠养育婴四法,全面概括了育婴过程中各阶段的要点,具有很高的科学性与实用性,至今仍值得我们学习与借鉴。
The four methods of childbearing including Yuyang, Taiyang, Ruyang, Juyang were proposed by Wanquan. The main points of the various stages in childbearing were discussed. The therapy shows high scientific and practical value, and is worth learning and reference.
