中药冰黄爽咽方离子导入治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效观察

Effective observation on treating laryngeal cough with the Binghuang Shuangyan prescription

目的:探讨中药冰黄爽咽方离子导入治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:268例患者随机分为实验组(146例)和对照组(122例),实验组采用自拟中药冰黄爽咽方离子导入法治疗,对照组采用西药雾化吸入治疗。治疗7d后评价临床疗效。结果:实验组临床总有效率为87.0%,显著高于对照组的56.6%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:冰黄爽咽方离子导入治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效显著,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the Binghuang Shuangyan prescription on laryngeal cough. Methods： 268 patients were divided into the experimental group （146 cases） and the control group （122 cases）. The experimental group was given the Binghuang Shuangyan prescription; and the control group was given the aerosolized western medicine inhalation. In 7 days, efficiency was evaluated. Results： The total efficiency was 87.0% in the experimental group, higher than 56.6% in the control group （10〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Binghuang Shuangyan prescription on laryngeal cough shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
