中西医结合治疗支气管扩张合并铜绿假单胞菌感染疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating bronchiectasis plus pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in the integrative medicine

目的:研究中西医结合治疗支气管扩张合并铜绿假单胞菌感染的疗效。方法:选取在我院治疗的支气管扩张合并铜绿假单胞菌感染患者64例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各32例。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加用中药清气化痰汤,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率及炎性病灶吸收率分别为93.8%、90.6%,高于对照组的81.2%、78.1%。结论:采用中西医结合治疗支气管扩张合并铜绿假单胞菌感染疗效显著,可提高治愈率,提高患者生活及工作质量。

Objective： Clinical effects of the integrative medicine on bronchiectasis plus pseudomonas aeruginosa infection were researched. Methods： 64 cases were divided into the control group and the treatment group, 32 cases in each. The control group took conventional western medicine; the treatment group was given the Qingqi Huatan decoction more. Clinical efficacy in groups was compared. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency and inflammatory lesions absorption in groups were 93.8% and 90.6% respectively, higher than 81.2% and 78.1% in the control group. Conclusion： The integrative medicine on bronchiectasis plus pseudomonas aeruginosa infection showed obviously clinical efficacy, could improve the cured, life quality and work quality of patients.
