克晕宁胶囊治疗颈性眩晕的临床研究

Clinical research on treating cervical vertigo with the Keyunning capsule

目的:观察克晕宁胶囊治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:治疗组50例患者使用克晕宁胶囊治疗,并观察临床疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组的基底动脉、椎动脉平均血流速度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为72%,高于对照组的54%(P<0.05)。结论:观察克晕宁胶囊治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效较好。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Keyunning capsule on cervical vertigo. Methods： 50 patients in the treatment group was given the Keyurming capsule, and efficacy was observed. Results： After treatment, Vmean ofbasilar artery and vertebral artery in the treatment group were better （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency was 72% in the treatment group, higher than 54% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Keyunning capsule on cervical vertigo shows a good effect.
