中医综合疗法与西医治疗高龄2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果研究

Clinical efficacy of TCM plus western medicine on peripheral neuropathy from type 2 diabetes in senile patients

目的:研究治疗高龄DPN患者时应用西医疗法、中医疗法的效果。方法:选择我院2013年5月-2016年1月治疗的106例高龄DPN患者,将106例分为中医组、西医组,中医组高龄DPN患者治疗时应用了针刺、内服中药及足浴疗法,西医组的治疗药物有腺苷钴胺及维生素B1,观察临床疗效。结果:中医组总有效率为88.68%,西医组总有效率为73.58%,西医组明显低于中医组(P<0.05)。结论:应用综合性中医疗法可以改善高龄DPN的临床疗效。

Objective： To study efficacy of TCM and western medicine on elderly patients with DPN. Methods： 106 cases were divided into the TCM group and western medicine group. The TCM group was given acupuncture, internal medicine and foot massage; the western medicine group took cobamamide and vitamin B1. Results： The total efficiency was 88.68% in the TCM group, and higher than 73.58% in the western medicine group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM can improve clinical efficacy on the elderly DPN.
