中西医结合治疗甲亢的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating hyperthyroidism in the integrative medicine

目的:分析中西医结合治疗甲亢的效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选择我院在2012年9月-2015年9月诊治的甲亢患者148例,根据治疗方法的不同分为研究组和对照组,各74例,研究组患者采用中西医结合治疗,对照组患者采用单纯的西药治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:研究组患者的治疗总有效率为95.9%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为75.7%,研究组患者的治疗效果更好(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合治疗甲亢能够缓解患者的临床症状,未出现并发症,安全性较高,值得推广和使用。

Objective： To analyze efficacy of the integrative medicine on hyperthyroidism, and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods： From September 2012 to September 2015, 148 patients in our hospital were divided into two groups, 74 cases for each. The study group was given the integrative medicine; and the control group was given＇the western medicine. Efficiency in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency was 95.9% in the study group, better than 75.7% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine on hyperthyroidism could relieve clinical symptoms, without complication, and was safer and worthy of promotion.
