探讨健脾化痰加阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑梗塞并高血脂的疗效

Effects of the Jianpi Huatan therapy plus atorvastatin calcium on cerebral infarction with hyperlipidemia

目的:探讨对脑梗塞并高血脂患者采用健脾化痰加阿托伐他汀钙治疗的疗效。方法:选取2013年12月-2015年12月我院收治的脑梗塞并高血脂患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组行阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组行健脾化痰加阿托伐他汀钙治疗,对比两组的治疗有效率和中医证候积分情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗后身重困倦、腹胀纳呆、头昏眩晕和胸闷心悸积分低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗塞并高血脂患者采用健脾化痰加阿托伐他汀钙治疗可明显提高疗效,减轻临床症状。

Objective： To discuss the effect of the Jianpi Huatan therapy plus atorvastatin calcium on cerebral infarction with hyperlipidemia. Methods： 78 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 39 cases in each. The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium, and the treatment group was treated by the Jianpi Huatan therapy more. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Scores of body and sleepy, ventosity and anorexia, dizzy and palpitation in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Jianpi Huatan therapy plus atorvastatin calcium was effective on cerebral infarction with hyperlipidemia, by improving clinical symptoms.
