通窍活血汤加减治疗血管神经性头痛68例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 68 cases of angioneurotic headache with the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction

目的:探讨通窍活血汤治疗血管神经性头痛的临床效果。方法:选取我院2013年5月-2015年4月收治的136例血管神经性头痛患者,运用随机数字表法分为西医组和联合组,各68例。西医组给予尼莫地平片,联合组在西医组的基础上给予通窍活血汤加减治疗,治疗3个疗程。对比两组总有效率、头痛发作次数、持续时间以及药物不良反应发生率。结果:联合组的总有效率为91.18%,明显高于西医组的77.94%(P<0.05)。联合组的头痛次数评分和持续时间评分明显优于西医组(P<0.05)。结论:通窍活血汤能够治疗血管神经性头痛。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction on angioneurotic headache. Methods： From May 2013 to April 2015, 136 patients were divided into two groups. The western medicine group was given Nimodipine tablets; the integrative medicine group was given the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction more, for 3 courses. The total efficiency, number ＆headache attacks, duration and adverse reaction in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency was 91.18% in the integrative medicine group, higher than 77.94% in the western medicine group （P〈0.05）. And headache frequency score and duration score in the integrative medicine group were better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Tongqiao Huoxue decoction could effectively treat angioneurotic headache.
