摘要
目的:观察蒙西医结合治疗痤疮临床效果。方法:选取来我院进行治疗的痤疮患者200例,随机抽取100例,使用阿奇霉素进行治疗,设置为对照组,另100例患者在进行阿奇霉素治疗的基础上配合蒙药治疗,设置为观察组,在经过12周的治疗后,观察对比两组患者脸部皮损数目变化情况和临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为77.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者皮损数目降低比对照组明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒙西医结合治疗痤疮临床效果较好。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Meng medicine plus.the western medicine on acne. Methods： 200 patients in our hospital were divided into two groups, 100 cases for each. The control group was given Azithromycin; and the observation group was given Meng medicine more. In 12 weeks, efficiency in two groups were compared. Results： The efficiency was 95.0% in the observation group, better than 77.0% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Improvement of skin lesions in the observation group was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Meng medicine plus the western medicine on ache shows a good effect.
