温阳通络法组方汤剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病患者的效果观察

Effect observation of Wenyang Tongluo decoction in treating patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:观察温阳通络法组方汤剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病(DPN)患者的临床疗效。方法:随机选择2015年1月—2015年12月至我院进行DPN治疗的患者60例,使用随机数字法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予常规治疗方案。观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上给予温阳通络法组方汤剂治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为53.33%。观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义。结论:温阳通络法组方汤剂能够明显提高DPN患者疗效,改善患者临床症状。

objective： To observe the effect of Wenyang Tongluo decoction in treating patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Method： 60 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment while patients in the observation group were given Wenyang Tongluo decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%, and that of control group was 53.33%. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Wenyang Tongluo decoction could effectively improve the curative effect and relieve the clinical symptoms of DPN patients.
