摘要
针对多科室的持续时间不确定的手术,通过分析天津某三甲医院的数据发现不同类型的手术持续时间均服从对数正态分布。考虑到不同科室病人的医学特征带来的术间和医生的约束,建立了手术排程和医生指派问题的数学模型,确定每个术间的手术序列并为病人指派符合要求的医生。采用改进的遗传算法求解该模型,利用MATLAB进行多组算例的计算。结果证明了模型和方法的有效性,并为开放术间数和排班医生数的确定提供理论依据。
It is found that durations of different surgeries were all lognormal distribution by data analysis of a large hospital in Tianjin pointing to uncertain sugery durations of multiple departments.A mathematical model for scheduling surgeries and assigning doctors was established,which involved constraints caused by multi-specialty patients ' medical characteristics.The model was to determine the surgery sequence of each surgery room and assign patients to doctors who meet requirements.The improved genetic algorithm was applied to solve this problem,and MATLAB was used to calculate multi-group examples.The result showed the model and method are effective and can provide theoretical basis of determining the number of open surgery rooms and doctors scheduled.
