摘要
对某三甲医院MRI检查进行实地调研,基于离散事件仿真方法建立MRI分时段检查预约模型,设计了三种新的预约调度规则,运用遗传算法优化了时间段长度和各时段的预约患者数量,结果表明三种新的规则均优于现行规则,缩短了患者等待、医生加班和设备空闲的时间。
A study was conducted in the MRI department of a large hospital in Shanghai.The MRI slot appointment model was established based on discrete event simulation method.Three new appointment rules were designed according to the current appointment rule.Genetic algorithm was applied to optimize the length of each time slot and the number of patients in each time slot.The result indicated that three new appointment rules were better than the current rule,which greatly reduced the patients' waiting time,doctors' overtime and equipment's idle time.
