健步通络熏蒸液治疗未分化脊柱关节病60例体会

Clinical experience of treating 60 cases of undifferentiated spondyloarthropathies with Jianbu Tongluo Xunzheng decoction

目的:研究健步通络熏蒸液治疗未分化脊柱关节病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:60例未分化脊柱关节病患者采用随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组与观察组各30例,两组均使用柳氮磺胺吡啶片进行治疗,观察组在使用柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗基础上治以健步通络熏蒸液。比较两组肿胀、压痛、休息痛、关节功能的影响及总体疗效,并分析其安全性与耐受性。结果:在总体疗效上,观察组与对照组相似,观察组中医生评价与患者评价总有效率均达80%以上。治疗后,观察组对压痛、休息痛、肿胀、关节功能改善优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在给予柳氮磺胺吡啶片基础上,配合健步通络熏蒸液可有效缓解未分化脊柱关节病患者的临床症状及关节功能,且安全性、耐受性较好,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of treating undifferentiated spondyloarthropathies with Jianbu Tongluo Xunzheng decoction. Method： 60 spondyloarthropathies patients were divided randomly into the experimental group （30 cases）, who were treated with combined treatment of Jianbu Tongluo Xunzheng decoction and the conventional medication （SASP） and the control group （30 cases） were treated with conventional medication （SASP）. The therapeutic effect in both groups after treatment was observed and the rest pain, tenderness, swelling, joint function were compared and the safety and tolerance were analyzed. Result： As for the total efficacy, the experimental group and the control group were similar. The total effective rate of the experimental group was above 80% from doctors＇ evaluation and patients＇ evaluation. After treatment, the rest pain, tenderness, swelling and the joint function of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of Jianbu Tongluo Xunzheng decoction and the conventional medication （SASP） could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the joint function in treating spondyloarthropathies, it was of good safety and＇tolerance and was worth popularizing.
