改良式病服在儿科临床护理安全管理中的应用探索

Application of modified disease suit in pediatric clinical nursing safety management

目的:探索改良式病服在儿科临床护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2015年1月—12月儿科收治住院的100例患儿,将其分成对照组与观察组,每组50例,对照组穿着普通病服接受治疗,观察组穿着改良式病服接受治疗,对比两种病服在临床护理安全管理中的应用效果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患儿病服穿着依从性明显提高,患儿过敏发生率与病服损坏率均明显降低,对比各组差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给儿科患者穿着改良式病服,可明显提升临床护理安全管理质量,值得推广与应用。

Objective： To explore the application effect of improved nursing suit in pediatric clinical nursing safety management. Methods： 100 patients treated in the pediatric department in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group, the control group received treatment of disease in ordinary clothes, while the observation group received treatment wearing an improved disease suit, the application effect of clinical nursing safety management was compared. Results： Compared with the control group~ the observation group was significantly improved in compliance with the disease, the incidence of allergic diseases and the incidence of the disease suit damage were significantly reduced, the difference between two groups was significant and was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified disease suit could improve the quality of clinical nursing safety management in the pediatric department and it was worth popularizing and applying.
