档案安全保障体系的建设是推动我国档案管理机制水平的关键途径。随着档案管理部门对档案管理体系的不断完善,从理论和实践两个角度对档案安全保障体系构建问题进行了全方位的分析和研究,有效提升了各级档案部门的档案安全保障能力。本文主要分析了档案安全保障体系构建的现实意义,提出了档案安全保障体系的基本内涵、主要内容以及体系的构成框架。

The construction of archives security system is the key way to promote the level of archives management mechanism in our country. With the continuous improvement of the file management system, the archives management system is analyzed and studied from both theoretical and practical perspectives, which can effectively improve the archives security capability of archives departments at all levels. This paper analyzes the practical significance of the construction of archives security system, and puts forward the basic connotation, main content and framework of archives security system.
