近年来,随着我国经济体制的改革,农业经济不断发展,国家也特别关注三农问题。农业在人们的生活中至关重要,而农业科研单位原来是单一科研型单位,现在也已逐渐转为经营类型的单位。随着产业结构的调整,科研单位财务管理观念发生了非常大的变化,单位财务管理人员职责也发生了转变,在会计核算工作过程中,准确衡量农业科研单位的收益和成本非常重要,笔者介绍了创新农业科研单位财务管理机制的有效途径。

In recent years, with the reform of the economic system and the development of agricultural economy, the state has paid special attention to the issue of agriculture, countryside and farmers. Agriculture is essential in people＇s lives, and agricultural research units have turned out to be the type of business units from the single scientific research units. With the adjustment of industrial structure, the concept of financial management of scientific research units has undergone great changes , and the responsibilities of financial management personnel have also changed. It is very important to accurately measure the profit and cost of agricultural scientific research units in the process of accounting work. An effective way to innovate financial management mechanism of agricultural scientific research units was intro- duced.
