摘要
本文对"3+1"培养、课程嵌入、共建实训、第二课堂、共同承接项目等校企合作实践教学模式作了详细的分析,在此基础上总结出:任何一种校企合作的实践教学模式都既有优势也有其局限性。学校在开展校企合作实践教学的过程中,应根据专业人才培养定位和学生的特点选择多种校企合作模式进行运行并实现优势互补。同时,需要认真选择合作企业、合作模式、定位好合作层次,合理制定合作机制,提高学校吸引企业参与合作的能力,这样才能更加有效的开展工作。
In this paper, a detailed study on practical teaching mode in university-enterprise cooperation, including "3 + 1 " personnel training pattern, embedded course and applications, the construction of practice training base, the second classroom activities and jointly undertaking projects etc., was carried out. As a result, we can point out that the practical teaching mode in university-enterprise cooperation has its advantages and disadvantages. University should choose the proper modes according to the main training goals and the characteristics of students. In order to conduct the work more efficiently, the selection of cooperative enterprise, the scientific cooperation mode and level, the cooperation mechanism and the ability to attract enterprises to participate in the cooperation should be carefully considered.
