本文从高等工科教育在国家经济转型的需求和定位上,针对目前高等教育的主要问题,提出了高等教育改革应突出工程科技教育,并进一步分析了建立主动服务与应用创新型人才的培养模式和具体举措。

Based on the demand and orientation of higher engineering education in the transition of national economy, this paper puts forward that higher education reform should highlight the engineering science and technology education, and further analyze the specific initiatives on establishing the training mode of active service and applied innovative talents.
