智能制造2025思路下的职教体系研究思路分析——以广东省为例

An analysis of the vocational education system under the Made in China 2025—taking Guangdong province as an example

本研究探索适应广东产业转型需要的职业教育体系构建发展的理论与实践的主要问题,论证以"产-教-企动态调整"为发展路径的战略构建思路,为构建我省以产业市场为导向的未来职业教育体系,以宏微观职教一体化战略为职教体系顶层设计、体制机制创新上指明我省教育改革的明确方向。提出"健全应用型技能型人才培养体制,适应产业结构调整优化升级需要,强化综合素质和职业技能培养,使学生具备较强的适应产业发展和岗位迁移的基本能力"的建设目标。

This study explores the major problems in the theory and practice of the construction and development of the vocational education system to meet the needs of industrial transformation in Guangdong, demonstrates the strategy of ＂production - teaching - enterprise dynamic adjustment＂ as the development path, reform on constructing the industrial market -oriented vocational education system and education integration strategy as top- level design and of ＂perfecting the training system of applied technical clear the direction of education taking macro - micro - vocational institutional innovation of vocational education system. The goal talents, adapting to the needs of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, strengthening comprehensive quality and vocational skills training, and making students have strong basic ability of adapting to industrial development and post migration＂ was put forward.
