Verification of the ＂Comfort Women Center＂ in Japanese Navy in Andaman Islands

日本海军在占领印度安达曼群岛之后，为满足日军士兵的性欲，建造了海军“慰安所”。这些“慰安所”均在日军统治当局的严格管理之下，由军医负责对“慰安妇”进行健康检查。本文通过日军老兵证言等资料的研究，对“慰安所”开设的原因、经过、运营情况、业务内容、“慰安妇”生活状态等情况进行了探究。

After the occupation of Andaman Islands of India, Japanese nave built ＂comfort women centers＂ to satisfy Japanese soldiers sexually. These ＂comfort women centers＂ were under strict management of Japanese troops, and military medics were responsible for the physical inspection of those ＂comfort women＂. This paper explores the reason, process, running, services, and living conditions of ＂comfort women＂ through testimonies of Japanese veterans.
