摘要
目的探讨维药固精麦斯哈片对正常雄性大鼠性行为学的影响。方法正常性成熟雄性SD大鼠20只,随机分为正常对照组和固精麦斯哈片组,每组10只。固精麦斯哈片组360mg/kg,每日2次给予固精麦斯哈片灌胃,正常对照组给予10ml/kg生理盐水灌胃,连续6w。于固精麦斯哈片干预第2w末、第4w末、第6w末分别进行大鼠性行为学及APO试验检测。结果性行为学试验结果表明:固精麦斯哈片干预2w,与正常对照组相比,固精麦斯哈片组骑跨潜伏期延长、插入潜伏期、射精潜伏期有所延长,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);固精麦斯哈片干预延长至4w到6w,骑跨潜伏期延长、插入潜伏期、射精潜伏期明显延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);固精麦斯哈片干预2w至6w,固精麦斯哈片组骑跨次数、插入次数、射精次数均减少,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。APO试验的测定结果显示,固精麦斯哈片干预2w,固精麦斯哈片组较正常对照组APO勃起潜伏期显著延长,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),固精麦斯哈片干预延长至4w到6w,APO勃起潜伏期显著延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);固精麦斯哈片干预2w至6w,固精麦斯哈片组APO勃起次数降低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论维药固精麦斯哈片对正常雄性大鼠性行为和射精功能具有调节作用。
Objective This study aimed to study effect of Gujingmaisiha tablet（Uygur medicine）on the sexual behaviors of normal male rats.Methods A total of twenty SD rats of normal sexual function were selected,then were divided into normal control group and Gujingmaiha tablet group.Every group had ten rats.Gujingmaisiha tablet group were interfered for 6weeks with Gujingmaisiha tablet（360 mg/kg）by gavage twice a day.Meanwhile,the normal control group were treated with normal saline in（10ml/kg）.Results After interfere with Gujingmaisiha tablet for 4weeks or 6weeks,the incubation periods of ejaculation,the incubation periods of insertion,the incubation periods of insertion straddle of Gujingmasiha tablet group were longer than those of normal control group（P0.05）,but frequency of straddle,frequency of insertion had no difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The APO incubation periods of erection of Gujingmasiha tablet group was longer than that of normal group（P0.01）,and the frequency of erection had no difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Gujingmaisiha tablet can elevate the sex function of normal male rats significantly.
