老年患者医源性结肠穿孔4例的诊断与处理

Elderly patients with the diagnosis and treatment of iatrogenic colon perforation in 4 cases analysis

目的:探讨结肠镜检查时发生肠穿孔的原因、早期诊断和治疗的方法。方法:回顾性分析4例结肠镜诊疗时肠穿孔诊断、处理,总结经验教训。结果:3例开腹探查修补术,1例内镜下修补术,均预后良好。结论:结肠穿孔是结肠镜诊疗时并发症之一,早期诊断,正确处理是决定预后的关键。

Objective： When doing a colonoscopy,to exphore the causes of the bowel perforation,early diagnosis and treatment methods for patieats. Methods：A retrospective analysis was used fer the diegnoeie and troatment of 4 cases colon perforation caused colonoscopy,and then summarizes the experience. Results：There are 3 cases open surgical repair of probe,1 cases for laparotowy probing repair,them of all have good prognosis. Conclusion：Colon perforation is one of the complications during colonoscopy,early diagnosis and correct treatment is key to the prognosis.
