摘要
以陶瓷抛光废渣为辅助骨料制备瓷砖粘结剂,具有重要的经济意义和社会环保意义。本文通过实验研究了抛光废渣和胶粉添加量对水泥砂浆拉拔强度的影响。并研究了抛光废渣添加量对水添加量的影响。结果表明,抛光废渣对水泥砂浆拉拔强度有显著的影响。当胶粉添加量为2 wt%、抛光废渣的添加量为25 wt%时,样品的各项性能指标最优。
It has important economic significance and social environmental protection significance for preparation of dry powder adhesive by using the ceramic polishing waste as auxiliary aggregate. The effect of the ceramic polishing waste and latex addition on the drawing strength was investigated in this study. And the effect of ceramic polishing waste on water addition was also studied. The results show that the drawing strength was significantly affected by the ceramic polishing waste addition. The optimal performance was obtained when 25 wt% of ceramic polishing waste and 2 wt% of latex was added.
