中西医结合治疗慢性肾衰竭42例

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效。方法慢性衰竭患者84例。随机分为两组。对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上结合中医治疗。治疗前后尿素氮、血肌酐及内生肌酐清除率。6个月后观察疗效。应用SPSS17.0软件,所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和2检验。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为90.5%,对照组患者治疗有效率为71.4%,两组有效率比较,P<0.05。两组治疗前尿素氮、血肌酐及内生肌酐清除率比较,P>0.05。两组治疗前后组内尿素氮、血肌酐及内生肌酐清除率比较,对照组尿素氮,P<0.0005;血肌酐,P<0.05;内生肌酐清除率,P>0.05。观察组尿素氮、血肌酐,P<0.0005;内生肌酐清除率,P<0.005。两组治疗后尿素氮、血肌酐及内生肌酐清除率比较,尿素氮,P<0.0005;血肌酐和内生肌酐清除率,P均<0.05。结论中西医结合治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效确切,同时能够改善患者的临床症状和肾功能。
