早期综合护理对缺氧缺血性脑病患儿运动功能和智力发育的影响

Early Comprehensive Nursing Care on Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy in Children with Motor Function and the Influence of Mental Development

目的探讨早期综合护理对缺氧缺血性脑病患儿运动功能和智力发育的影响。方法缺氧缺血性脑病患儿84例,随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例。对照组给予常规护理模式治疗;观察组在常规护理治疗的基础上给予患儿早期综合护理。观察不同护理后7天、14天、21天时的新生儿行为神经测定评分,3个月、6个月、12个月时的运动功能和智力发育评分及患儿家属护理满意度。应用SPSS20.0软件,所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和2检验。结果两组7天时NBNA评分比较,P<0.05,有显著性差异;两组14天、21天时NBNA评分比较,15.041,P<0.0005。两组3个月时PDI比较,P<0.005;两组6个月、12个月时PDI比较,P<0.0005。两组3个月时MDI比较,3个月时P<0.05;两组6个月、12个月时MDI比较,P<0.0005。观察组患儿家属护理满意度为97.62%,对照组为85.71%,两组比较,P>0.05。结论早期综合护理可以有效的改善缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的运动功能和智力,对缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的治疗有积极的意义。

Objective To study the early comprehensive nursing care on hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in chil- dren with motor function and the influence of mental development. Methods 84 cases children with hypoxic ischemic en- cephalopathy, random number table method is divided into two groups： 42 cases in each group. Control group given conven- tional treatment nursing mode. Observation group on the basis of conventional nursing treatment to give children with early comprehensive nursing. Observe different nursing after 7 days, 14 days, 21 days of neonatal behavior neural measurement scale, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months of movement function and developmental scores and families of children with care satisfaction. SPSS20.0 application software, the data obtained using analysis of variance, t test and Z2 test. Results Two groups of 7 days NBNA score comparison, P〈0.05. Two groups of 14 days, 21 days NBNA score is,P〈0.0005. Two groups of 3 months PDI is, P〈0.005. Two groups of 6 months and 12 months with PDI, P〈0.0005, there is a very significant differ- ence. MDI, when two group of 3 months, 3 months when, P〈0.05. Two groups of 6 months and 12 months when MDI, P〈 0.0005. Observation group of families of children with nursing satisfaction was 97.62%, control group was 85.71%, com- pared two groups, P〉0.05. Conclusion Early comprehensive nursing care can effectively improve movement function in children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and intelligence, and treatment of children with hypoxic ischemic encepha- lopathy have positive significance.
