摘要
在医院的日常运行中,会产生大量的医疗废水,医疗废水与一般的生活污水相比,所含有的有害物质种类多,含量高,如果直接排放,将会对水环境造成严重污染,医院必须进行处理达标准后方能排放。医疗废水排污费的核算,涉及到污染物当量的问题。本文从医疗污水处理要求和污染物当量相关概念入手,对医疗污水处理污染物当量的控制技术和污水处理工艺进行了研究,同时简单介绍了污泥和废气污染物的控制措施。
A large amount of medical wastewater will be produced in the daily operation of hospital. Compared with general domestic sewage, medical wastewater contains more types and higher content of hazardous substances, thus if being discharged directly, it may cause serious pollution to water environment. Medical wastewater can only be dis- charged after being processed up to the standard. Pollutant equivalents should be taken into consideration in calculating costs to discharge medical wastewater. The paper studies the technologies of controlling pollutant equivalents in medical wastewater treatment and sewage treatment process based on the requirements for medical wastewater treatment and the concept of pollutant equivalent. Meanwhile, it gives a brief introduction to the control measures against sludge and exhaust pollutants.
