摘要
循环水装置作为工艺装置的辅助装置,工艺技术成熟,设备运行可靠,但管理比较粗放,节能空间大。本文通过调研,汇总整理了部分在管理、工艺、设备、控制等方面针对循环水装置能耗高问题的解决方案。
Circulating water system, though mature in technology and reliable in operation as an auxiliary unit in petrochemical plants, still has large potential in energy saving to tap from management. This article gives a summary of solutions to the high energy consumption due to issues in management, process, equipment and control.
