摘要 燕山石化热电厂西区热力作业部两台FW-310/9.81-M型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉,设计以石油焦为主要燃料,掺烧小比例煤炭。但随着炼油生产结构调整、煤炭与石油焦市场价格变化、产汽成本控制等,两台CFB锅炉高掺煤比运行要求越来越高。本文阐述了CFB锅炉入炉燃料掺煤比对锅炉灰、渣碳含量与锅炉环保及安稳运行的影响,并通过实践证明该锅炉可以超出30%的设计掺煤比运行,掺煤比达到50%工况时运行安全、稳定。 There are two CFB boiler ( FW-310/9.81-M ) at the thermal power plant in Yanshan Company, fueled mainly by petroleum coke blended with some coal. But with adjustment of refining structure and change of coal/petroleum coke prices and for cost control of steam production, more coal should be used in the two CFB boiler. This paper describes the influence of more coal blending on boiler ash, carbon content of boiler slag, environment and stable operation, and finds that 50% coal blending ratio, much higher than the designed 30%, can achieve safe and stable operation as well as good benefits.
