摘要
以100万t/a柴油加氢装置作为研究对象,分析了装置能耗情况。以节能降耗为出发点,分别阐述燃料气、电和蒸汽等方面的优化措施。实践表明,优化方案的应用,使装置的综合能耗从16.67 kg EO/t降低到13.53 kg EO/t,达到了节能降耗的目的。
The paper analyzes energy consumption of the 100 × 104 t/a diesel hydrogenation unit. In order to save energy, the paper respectively introduces optimization measures for fuel gas, power and steam. The results show that the comprehensive energy consumption of the unit is reduced from 16.67 kgEO/t to 13.53 kgEO/t after application of the optimization scheme.
