摘要
通过延迟焦化装置抽真空系统改造的实例,介绍了水环真空泵的工作原理和应用情况。实践证明,采用水环真空泵工艺,不仅能达到同样的抽真空效果,而且较常规全蒸汽抽真空工艺操作费用低,节能环保效果明显。
Taking the retrofit of vacuum system in delayed coking unit as an example, working principle and application of water-ring vacuum pump. Application results show that paper introduces the when compared with conventional full steam vacuum process, the water-ring vacuum pump technology can achieve the same vacuum effect and lower operating costs, with obvious benefits in energy saving and in environmental protection.
