摘要
采用虚拟仪器技术模拟了汽车发动机故障诊断系统。在充分理解发动机运行机理的基础上,开发了一套发动机故障诊断系统,该系统形象的模拟出了发动机发生故障时其振动信号噪声信号和温度信号的变化。通过仿真实验验证,对发动机故障信号的模拟采集具有较好效果,采集和报警输出与理论一致。从总体上达到了预期目标。
Virtual instrmnent technology is adopted to simulate the automobile engine fault diagnosis system, On the basis of understanding the mechanism of engine operation, a set of engine fault diagnosis system is developed, and the system image of the simulation of the engine failure occurs when the vibration signal noise signal and temperature signal changes. Simulation results verify that the proposed method has good effects on the simulation of engine fault signals, and the acquisition and alarm output are consistent with the theory, and achieve the desired objectives overall.
