中国特色协商民主是体现马克思人民主体思想的民主政治实践模式,是超越资产阶级狭隘性的人民民主,彰显了社会主义民主的政治优势。权力主体、实践主体和价值主体形成了中国特色协商民主人民性的三维结构。权力主体的人民性要求中国特色协商民主必须坚持"权为民所有、权为民所用、权为民所察";实践主体的人民性强调人民群众是中国特色协商民主的实践主体,强调协商民主实践参与主体的广泛多元性、参与层次和参与形式的多样性及参与过程的真实性;价值主体的人民性要求必须坚持以人民的利益和价值诉求为出发点和落脚点,彰显人民在协商民主实践中的价值创造主体、价值评判主体和价值共享主体地位。
