脱甲氧基姜黄素纳米脂质载体冻干工艺的优化 被引量:1

摘要 目的优化脱甲氧基姜黄素纳米脂质载体的冻干工艺。方法以外观、色泽、再分散性为考察指标,考察冻干保护剂的种类和浓度对纳米脂质载体冻干粉的影响,并对冻干工艺参数进行优化。结果优化的冻干工艺为:纳米脂质载体乳液中加入5%甘露醇作为冻干保护剂,摇匀后-80℃预冻24 h,升温至-35℃,维持16 h;再升温至30℃,维持8 h。结论采用优选的冻干工艺制得的冻干粉疏松,易分散,提高了制剂的稳定性。 Objective To optimize the freeze-drying technology of demethoxy curcumin nanostructured lipid carriers.Methods With the appearance,color and redispersibility as the investigation indexes,the influence of types and concentrations of cryoprotectant on nanostructured lipid carriers freeze-dried powder was investigated and the parameters of freeze-drying technology was optimized. Results The optimized freeze-drying technology was as follows:adding 5% mannitol as a cryoprotectant into nanostructured lipid carriers emulsion,prefreezing at-80 ℃ for 24 h after shaking,heating up to-35 ℃,maintaining for 16 h,then heating up to 30 ℃ and maintaining for 8 h. Conclusion The freeze-dried powder obtained by adopting optimized technology is loose and easy to be dispersed,which improves the stability of preparation.
