放射性^(125)I粒子治疗转移性骨肿瘤的近期临床疗效观察

Observation on short term effect of radioactive ^(125)I particle permanent interstitial implant in treating metastatic bone tumor

目的观察放射性^(125)I粒子永久性组织间植入在转移性骨肿瘤治疗中的近期疗效。方法收集2013年6月至2014年8月该院32例在CT引导下将放射性^(125)I粒子植入骨肿瘤治疗的转移性骨肿瘤患者临床资料并进行数据分析。结果该组32例患者疼痛控制率达到90.6%(29/32),产生不良症状患者较少,患者生活质量得到了明显的提高,随访6~14个月,无死亡病例,也未发生肿瘤扩散,未出现放射并发症。结论放射性^(125)I粒子永久性组织间植入治疗转移性骨肿瘤安全、微创、简便、明显改善疼痛等症状,且易于防护,近期临床疗效满意。

Objective To observe the short term effect of radioactive ^125I particle permanent interstitial implant in the treatment of metastatic bone tumor. Methods The clinical data in 32 patients with metastatic bone tumor treated by radioactive ^125I particle permanent interstitial implant under CT guiding in our hospital from June 2013 to August 2014 were collected and performed the data analysis. Results Among 32 cases,the pain control rate reached 90.6%（29/32） with less adverse reactions occurrence,the living quality was significantly improved,no death occurred during 6-14 months follow up,no tumor diffusion and radiation complications occurred. Conclusion Radioactive ^125I particle permanent interstitial implant is safe,minimally invasive,simple and convenient in treating metastatic bone tumor,can obviously improve the symptoms of pain,moreover which is easy to conduct protection and has satisfactory short term clinical effect.
