摘要
煤化工废水具有高浓度难降解的特性,预处理后出水水质难以达标,因此用DSA电催化氧化法对其进行深度处理的实验研究。在煤化工废水电解单因素实验基础上进行正交实验,得出正交实验的最佳条件,并且在该条件下研究了极板排列方式对煤化工废水深度处理的影响,从而得到优化后的最佳实验参数:极板间距=1 cm,电压=5.5 V、电解质NaCl=2 g/L、pH=6、电解时间=3 h,复极式极板排列,该条件下出水水质与煤化工废水预处理后的水质指标进行对比,废水COD去除率达到92.83%,达到污水综合排放标准GB 8978-1996三级排放标准;测定出水的其余指标如氨氮、挥发酚和色度等,也分别达到废水的二级、三级和一级排放标准。该煤化工废水的最佳深度处理方案经济实用,为实际生产提供了很好的参考价值。
Coal chemical wastewater has the characteristics of high concentration of pollutants and being difficult to degrade, the quality of effluent water is difficult to reach the standard after pretreatment of acidification-composite floceulation process, The method of DSA electro-catalytic oxidation technology was used to carry on the experimental study of its advanced treatment. Orthogonal experiment was carried out on the basis of single electrolytic factors experiment of coal chemical wastewater and obtained the optimal condition of orthogonal experiment, furthermore the effects of advanced treatment of coal chemical wastewater by electrodes arrangements under the condition were studied and the best experimental parameters after optimization was obtained: plate spacing=1cm, voltage=5.5 V, electrolyte NaCI=2 g/L, initial pH=6, electrolytic T=3h,the bipolar type of plates arrangement, The water quality indicators in these conditions was compared with the coal chemical wastewater after pretreatment, the COD removal rate from the wastewater reached 92.83%,was up to the three level of sewage discharge standard GB8978-1996.The other index of effluent such as ammonia nitrogen, volatile phenot and ehroma were measured,reached second,three and first level standard, respectively. The optimum advanced treatment project of coal chemical wastewater treatment is economical and practical, which provides a commendable reference value for the practical production.
