摘要
针对扬子石化水厂污水回用装置运行过程中出现的自清洗过滤器堵塞、超滤膜、反渗透膜污堵等问题,采取了优化清洗方案、对进水水质进行预处理、精细化控制药剂投加浓度等处理措施。提出并增加了在线关键运行参数的测定、定期校正加药系统的管理方式。同时,通过对污水回用水质分析研究,归纳了严格控制进水水质、保证自控系统完好以及药剂使用的变量控制等双膜污水处理的应用条件,确保污水回用装置长周期稳定运行。
In order to tackle the problems such as self-cleaning filter clogging and ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis(UF-RO) fouling in wastewater recycling plant of Yangzi Petrochemical, some measures have been taken,including optimization of cleaning plan, pretreating the influent water and controlling the cleaning additive concentration. The paper also puts forward some management methods to online measure the key operation parameters and regularly calibrate the cleaning additive dosing system. At the same time, through water quality analysis, it summarizes the application conditions for the double-membrane wastewater treatment, including strictly controlling the inlet water quality, keeping the automatic control system in good operation and controlling the cleaning additive volume,so as to ensure a long-term stable operation for the wastewater recycling plant.
