探讨中医康复护理对脑外伤术后患者社会支持度及功能恢复的影响

Investigate the effect of TCM rehabilitation care for traumatic brain injury patients on social support and functional recovery

目的探讨中医康复护理对脑外伤术后患者社会支持度及功能恢复的影响。方法选取本院收治的80例脑外伤手术患者作为研究对象，按照入院先后顺序分为两组（n=40），对照组患者实施常规护理，研究组在常规护理基础上增加中医康复护理措施，对比两组患者的社会支持度及神经功能、el常生活能力、肢体运动功能恢复情况。结果两组治疗后的Barthel指数、FMA评分均较术前明显提高，NIHSS评分较术前明显降低，且观察组术后的Barthel指数、FMA评分明显高于对照组，NIHSS评分明显低于对照组，P〈0．05；观察组患者术后的主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度评分及SSRS总评分均显著高于对照组，P〈0．05；观察组患者的治疗有效率为92．50％，显著高于对照组（80．00％），P％0．05。结论对脑外伤术后患者实施中医康复护理，能够有效促进患者运动功能、神经功能及日常生活能力的提升，同时改善患者的社会支持度，具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of TCM rehabilitation care for traumatic brain injury patients on social support and functional recovery. Methods 80 cases of brain trauma surgical patients on our hospital as research subjects,were divided into two groups according to the order of admission （n= 40）, the control group used routine nursing, the study group increased TCM rehabilitation nursing measures base on routine nursing. Compare the social support and nerve function, daily living activities, limb motor function recovery situation of two groups. Results The Barthel Index,FMA scores of two groups after surgery were significantly improved than before surgery, the NIHSS score was significantly lower, the Barthel index and FMA score of observation group after operation were significantly higher than control group, NIHSS score was significantly lower, P〈0.05; the subjective support,objective support, utilization rates and SSRS total scores of observation group after operation were significantly higher than control group,P〈0.05; the therapeutically effective rate of observation group was 92.60%,it was significantly higher than control group（80.00%） ,P〈0.05. Conclusion traumatic brain injury patients using TCM rehabilitation care,can effectively promote the motor function, nerve function and activities of daily living promotion, while improving the social support of patients, it has important clinical value.
