摘要
目的为探讨儿童哮喘和食物特异性IgG抗体的关系。方法收集儿科哮喘专科门诊2013年1月至2015年8月间哮喘患者食物特异性IgG抗体检测结果,分析食物与儿童哮喘的关系。结果82例患者中14种食物特异性IgG抗体阳性率最高的为蛋黄/蛋清(90.24%)和牛奶(84.15%),阳性率最低的为牛肉(1.22%)和蘑菇(1.22%);混合阳性占大多数,2项及2项阳性为86.58%;蛋黄/蛋清和牛奶以2+及以上的重度敏感为主,其他以1+和2+的轻、中度敏感为主。结论食物特异性IgG抗体可引起儿童哮喘的发生,检测患者特异性IgG抗体,明确食物特异性IgG抗体的种类、分级,为控制哮喘的发作提供依据。
Objective To explore the relation between food allergen-specific IgG and asthmatic of children. Methods To collect the results of food specific IgG antibody in children with asthmatic in pediatric asthma specialist clinic from January 2013 to August 2015 ,analysis the relation between food and asthmatic in children. Results Among 82 childern,the highest positive rate of 14 kinds of food allergen-specific IgG antibody were eggs(90.24%) and milk(84.15%), the lowest rate were beef(1.22%) and mushroom (1.22%);the mixed positive accounted for most. the two and more positive rate were 86.58%; the most grade of egg and milk were heavy sensitivity which were 2+ and more,the others were light and moderate which were 1+ and 2+. Conclusion Food specific antibody can cause asthma in children. We test specific IgG antibodies, clear the type of food specific IgG,grade,and provide a basis for the control of asthma attacks.
