超声诊断在治疗急性恶性结肠梗阻的价值分析

The value of ultrasound diagnosis in the treatment of acute malignant colonic obstruction

背景：相比较X射线的诊断方法，超声诊断可以提供更多患者病情的信息，对患者的病理部位的具体情况以图像的形式表现出来。目的：探讨超声在对急性恶性结肠梗阻的诊断价值，对超声诊断在治疗急性恶性结肠梗阻当中的实际应用进行分析。方法：使用回顾性的分析方法对高阳县医院自2015年1月到2016年1月收治的45例结肠癌导致急性恶性结肠梗阻的患者资料进行分析，利用超声诊断和X射线片对患者的病情进行分析。结果与结论：有29例患者出现了不同程度上的腹腔积水，其中有16例患者的腹部出现了包块，对出现了包块的患者进行了更为细致的检查，只有5例患者提示了包块与肠道之间的关系紧密。42例结肠癌导致的急性恶性结肠梗阻当中可以看到患者都具有肠梗阻的情况，其中有20例患者出现了结肠占位的情况，相比较其他情况结肠占位是占了大多数比例。因此，超声诊断对结肠癌所导致的急性恶性结肠梗阻起到了十分重要的作用，对患者的病因以及病理位置起到了十分重要的分析的作用。在后续的治疗当中超声诊断所得到的诊断结果有着十分重要的参考意义。

OBJECTIVE： To explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute malignant colonic obstruction, and to analyze the practical application of ultrasound in the treatment of acute malignant colonic obstruction. METHODS： using a retrospective analysis method in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016, 45 cases of colon cancer causing acute malignant colonic obstruction were analyzed, the experiment using the ultrasonic diagnosis of the patient＇s condition is analyzed, according to the analysis of 29 patients with abdominal dropsy appeared different degree, including 16 abdominal patients appeared on the emergence of mass between the mass and the intestinal associated Eunsuh mass of the patients, so the emergence of the mass of the patients for the more detailed inspection. Results of the examination, only 5 cases had suggested that the relationship between the mass and the intestinal tract was closely related. In this experiment, 42 cases of acute malignant colonic obstruction caused by colon cancer can be seen in patients with intestinal obstruction. There are 20 cases of patients with a colon occupying the situation, compared to other cases of colon occupation is accounted for most of the proportion of. CONCLUSION： this experiment can be seen in acute malignant colonic obstruction caused by ultrasound in the diagnosis of colon cancer has played a very important role, analysis is very important for patients with etiology and pathology position plays a role. In the follow-up treatment of ultrasound diagnosis of the obtained results have a very important reference value.
