神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子对小儿脑损伤患者神经行为功能及临床疗效的影响 被引量:35

Study on the clinical significance of ganglioside combined with nerve growth factor on neurobehavioral and clinical efficacy in pediatric patients with brain damage

摘要 目的探讨神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子对小儿脑损伤患者神经行为功能及临床疗效的影响。方法选取2013年11月至2015年10月收治的小儿脑损伤患者共90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例患儿,其中对照组患儿在常规治疗的基础上接受胞二磷胆碱治疗,观察组患儿在常规治疗基础上接受神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子治疗,两组患者均持续治疗3周。对比分析两组患儿的症状改善时间、住院时间、神经行为功能评分和临床疗效。结果与对照组患儿相比,观察组患儿的临床改善时间以及住院时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者经过治疗后,其神经行为功能评分均得到明显提高,且观察组患儿在治疗后第2周和第3周的评分明显高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,观察组患儿的治疗总有效率(93.3%)明显高于对照组(75.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子能够有效改善脑损伤患儿的临床症状和神经行为功能,缩短住院时间,安全性高,在临床治疗小儿脑损伤过程中值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the influence of ganglioside combined with nerve growth factor on neurobehavioral and clinical efficacy of pediatric patients with brain damage. Methods A total of 90 pediatric patients with brain injury admitted in this hospital during November2013 to October 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group with 45 patients. The pediatric patients in control group accepted citicoline treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,patients in observation group accepted ganglioside combined withnerve growth factor for treatment on the basis of conventional therapy,the course of therapy had continued for 3 weeks,the comparative analysis of improvement in syptoms in these two groups of children,length of hospitalization,neurobehavioral scores and clinical efficacy had been analyzed.Results In comparison with the control group,duration of hospital stay and clinical improvement in children of the observation group were significantly shorter,and their difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). The scores of neurobehavioral function in patients of these 2 groups were significantly improved after the treatment,the scores of patients in observation group in the first two weeks and 3 weeks after treatment were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). In addition,the total effective rate in patients of observation group was 93. 3 %,it was significantly higher than that( 75. 6%) of patients in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The application of Ganglioside combined with nerve growth factor can improve the brain damage in pediatric patients with improvement in clinical symptoms and neurobehavioral function,shorter hospital stay and high safety,hence it should be widely applied in the clinical course of treatment for pediatric patients with brain injury.
