林蛙油保湿乳液的制备及其性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用L_9(3~4)正交设计试验,获得林蛙油保湿乳液最优配方并确定制备流程。测试了其理化指标及流变学特性,研究了其保湿性和防晒性,并对皮肤长期试用效果进行了调查。结果表明:乳液理化指标符合国家护肤乳液标准要求;在相对湿度为43%和硅胶干燥器中,乳液涂抹24 h后的保湿率分别为84.75%和68.25%;乳液吸光度平均值为1.262,在中级防晒效果范围内;乳液试用90 d后80%以上的志愿者对乳液的色泽、气味、滋润性和保湿性都比较满意。 By L9(3^4) orthogonal design test, the best formulation and the preparation process were determined to get moisturizing emulsions of Oviductus ranae whose physical and chemical indicators and rheological properties had been tested. Their moisturizing effect, sun-screening performance and long-term effect on the skin were studied. The results showed that their physical and chemical indicators met the national standard of skin care lotion. In silica gel dryer (relative humidity 43%), the moisturizing efficiencies of the samples were 84.75% and 68.25% respectively after 24 h. Their average absorbance value was 1.262, which showed medium sun-proof effect. More than 80% of the volunteers were satisfied with the color, odour and moisturizing of the samples after a period of use (90 d).
