摘要
通过优化业务受理流程提高食品检测业务受理效率。录入方式由鼠标录入方式为主改为以键盘(结合快捷键)为主;优化信息录入、项目组织方式并与传统方式在录入时间、操作便捷程度、准确性、数据量等方面比较。键盘(结合快捷键)录入方式,录入速度快、差错率低;信息录入、项目组织方式较传统方式的录入时间快、操作便捷程度强、准确性高、数据量大。以键盘为主(结合快捷键)录入方式,提高了录入速度、降低了差错率;优化后的信息录入、项目组织方式在录入时间、操作便捷程度、准确性、数据量均优于传统方式。但针对不同情况,选择三种最适用的方式或者三者结合使用,可达到最佳效果。
The efficiency of food testing of business operation is improved by optimizing business acceptance process. The keyboard (combining shortcuts) is major type-in mode instead of the mouse. Optimization of information input, the ways of organizing project arc compared with type-in time of traditional way, operating convenience degree, accuracy and data. The type-in mode of keyboard (combining shortcuts) has a quick type-in and low error rate. There is short time of type-in, enhancing convenience degree, high accuracy and large amount of data compared to traditional way between information recorded and project organization mode. The type-in mode of keyboard (combining shortcuts) improves the speed of type-in and decreases error rate. After optimizing, information input and ways of project organized arc superior to the traditional ways. Meanwhile, according to different situation, there is the best effectiveness when choose the three most suitable ways or combine to use.
